The Building Manager, in cooperation with the Strata Manager is appointed to represent and promote the interests of the Owners Corporation. Our experienced and professional staff control the day-to-day tasks necessary for the building to operate as efficiently as possible as well as effectively responding to any emergency situation that may arise.
