Many large strata buildings recognise the importance of having a permanent on-site presence thereby providing residents and guests an additional level of security and convenience. We believe our concierge services are the best in the industry and unlike the majority of service providers don’t pay them as sub-contractors/ABN holders. Using our own online portal every day tasks are programmed into the system requiring the concierge on duty to attend to them as required. In addition, reports, routine inspections and a variety of tasks are recorded online. Keys and packages when collected (by the authorised recipient) are signed for using the computer note pad which time stamps and records electronically the residents signature. We believe we are the only company that provides this service.
One option available to buildings that are deemed large (more than 100 lots) but too small to normally entertain the idea of having the budget to provide both a concierge service as well as a building manager is to consider a concierge service with an ‘as required’ building manager. Many Owners Corporations are surprised to find the cost we offer similar (and sometimes less) than what they are paying for just a simple concierge service.
