Defect Rectification

Timely identification of building defects is vital to the interests of an Owners Corporation. Unfortunately in our experience many law firms and engineers who promote themselves as experts in this field are not and in many cases their advice is contrary to the interests of the Owners Corporation.

Our approach is to seek a quick resolution to defect issues. We are always mindful that costly litigation is a last resort, as in many cases legal fees exceed the cost of repairing the defect in question.
