Financial Oversight

Unlike many other building management companies, Volkofsky & Brown elects to perform many financial tasks that we believe are absolutely necessary when managing the assets of our clients. These tasks include the processing of all invoices before being authorised by the Treasurer (if required) and paid by the Strata Manager in addition to the development of the annual budget once the financial accounts have been audited.

Legislation dictates that all Owners’ Corporations must provide capital cost projections for a 10 year period. V&B is able to provide an annually revised Sinking Fund Forecast to ensure compliance with this legislation. This service saves our clients considerable cost by circumventing the need to engage an outside consultant.
