Owners Corporations have considerable ’duty of care’ responsibilities and serious consequences arise from non-compliance with current legislation. All buildings are routinely inspected every six months by our Building Administrator and all risks and hazards are documented as per our own OH&S System and then controlled or eliminated by the Building Manager as identified.

The safety of residents and visitors is of paramount importance to us.
