Whilst understanding that buildings retain existing service agreements, V&B possesses a network of preferred contractors for the consideration of the Owners Corporation when required. These contractors are capable of delivering a premium level of service and workmanship at highly competitive rates, in many cases exclusive to our company. These reductions are passed on directly to the Owners’ Corporation.
